I had a fantastic time at Casa Cupula. The Pool Club became my favorite spot. Miguel and his team were so attentive, always ensuring my drink was full. Rooms offer great space with beautiful decor, but I noticed some upkeep issues. One day, the shower had a used razor, which wasn't cleaned by housekeeping during my entire stay. The outdoor areas felt like private retreats with breathtaking sunset views, yet navigating all the stairs was a bit tricky, especially after a long day. The location is nice, a short ride to the Romantic Zone where there’s plenty to explore. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, making it hard to stay connected for work. I appreciated the personal touches from the staff, like the welcome drink and a warm towel on arrival—such a nice touch! While I loved certain aspects, I'd like to see improvements in housekeeping and reliability of Wi-Fi.

The staff was really good! , I was treated like family. Antonio and Juan were like my own personal concierge and made sure my every need was taken care of. The infinity pool was just steps from my room, and I loved lounging there while enjoying the amazing sunset views. Oh, and don't get me started on the food. I had room service twice, and it was always delicious!

It wasn't inexpensive, but considering the quality, it was definitely worth it.

We had a fantastic week with our five adult kids at the hotel's lively swimsuit-optional pool club, soaking in incredible views of Banderas Bay. Our Frida Suite offered a spacious retreat, especially with the outdoor jacuzzi and two fabulous showers in the large bathroom.
